Welcome to Healthy Recipes Blog !

Here I will post daily recipes for healthy meals. Because we live in fast era, usually we don't have time to make complicated meals which need lot of time for preparing. That is the reason we choose to eat outside and our choice falls on junk fast food. 

I have the recipes for healthy fast food. I call it fast food because you don't need much time for preparing. Some of the ingredients you may not have in your home, but don't worry ! I will provide a link for you to buy them. 

I recommend you to:
  • Choose 100% whole grain, high-fiber foods
  • Buy fresh ingredients or if you can grow them
  • Limit the consummation of  saturated fat, trans fat on daily base and try to eat more fresh food
  • If you cook choose baked or boiled foods instead of fried
  • Prepare less salted food 
  • Try to eat the food that you make at home instead of going in restaurants
